Ritesh M. Guttedar and Suraj M finished the Rally of Coimbatore with the kind of result that becomes more valuable when the whole classification is read. Their AART Motorsports Volkswagen Polo placed third in INRC 2, tenth overall, with a final total of 01:40:05.152 after a fast two-day route that punished every loose line and every unreliable component.
The result came inside a category won by Aditya Thakur and Virender Kashyap and led through second place by Philippos Matthai and Harish K N. Ritesh and Suraj therefore arrived at the final control in the middle of a genuine class contest, close enough to the front to matter and clear enough of the next group to show that their pace had held across the rally.

Tenth overall, third in a deep class
Ritesh and Suraj’s 01:40:05.152 total placed them tenth overall and third in INRC 2. The crews ahead included several of the rally’s main technical stories, while the gap behind them contained a mix of established Polos, Fronx cars and an i20 recovering from trouble. A top-ten finish therefore required the crew to stay inside the national rhythm for the whole route.
The timing service places Ritesh 1 minute 37.497 seconds behind class winner Aditya and 1 minute 2.256 seconds behind Philippos. The useful detail sits closer to fourth in class, where Pragathi Gowda and Trisha Alonkar finished only 5.964 seconds behind. That margin gives the result its proper shape. Ritesh did not inherit third. He held it through a close fight.

AART Motorsports in the Coimbatore rhythm
The Polo’s pace suited the event’s repeated gravel pattern. Coimbatore offered smooth prepared sections and fast corners, then changed as the field moved the loose surface towards the outside of the road. A crew needed the car to remain predictable while the grip changed, because the next decision arrived before the previous one had fully settled.
Ritesh’s result belongs in that context. The No. 50 car remained inside the top ten and returned a result that adds another credible reference to the AART Motorsports programme. It also keeps the team within the season conversation as the class moves towards a different road and a new set of setup questions.

Aditya and Virender won the class in fifth overall. Philippos and Harish finished sixth. Ritesh and Suraj were tenth. Pragathi and Trisha were eleventh. Arjun Mavaji and Jeevarathinam J completed the top five in class with a Fronx in twenty-first overall. The remaining crews carried the stories of the rally’s mechanical pressure into the final order.
Third in INRC 2 and tenth overall gave Ritesh and Suraj a result with pace on the page and pressure behind it.
